About Us

Hello, I am Galena, the creator of PowerMama.  

I had a lot of breastfeeding and pumping issues on my breastfeeding journey and became very frustrated with how inadequate some of the products were. They only added to my struggles. Research and development was clearly lacking in this vitally important stage for mums and their babies!

I channelled my frustration into action and created PowerMama – a brand committed to making breastfeeding as easy and enjoyable as possible. After months of research and testing, and many prototypes later, my first product is here – a pumping bra with a pocket for the pump. Stay tuned for more products which make nursing a breeze!
